Utility Energy Services Contracting (UESC)

Provide your facility with a healthy and sustainable environment with a Con Edison Solutions UESC.

UESC

Utility Energy Services Contracting (UESC) is a limited-source contracting service offered between a federal agency and its local electric, natural gas, or water utility for improvements in energy-efficiency, water-efficiency, and demand-reduction.

With Con Edison Solutions as your primary contractor, a UESC brings many benefits to your federal agency’s energy construction projects, including the following:

  • Accelerated project timeline
  • Working with trusted energy partner
  • Meeting energy and greenhouse gas mandates
  • Improved water efficiency
  • Reduced energy infrastructure costs
  • Obtaining low-cost financing

By participating in a UESC, federal agencies can leverage their utility budgets to implement energy, water, and renewable power measures that are essential to meeting federal mandates, facility goals, and operational objectives.
