A cooling tower crisis at VAMC Northport required an innovative solution, implemented in an expedited fashion.
Con Edison Solutions was chosen by the local utility to implement the project under a Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC). The Con Edison Solutions team executed an air crane (helicopter) installation of cooling towers and associated equipment delivering an excellent turnkey solution for VAMC Northport. The entire design/build project was executed in a short timeframe and completed without negatively impacting patient care.
