Mark Noyes is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses that include Con Edison Development, Con Edison Energy and Con Edison Solutions.  Responsible for the overall profitability of these businesses, Mark structured the companies to meet the renewable energy strategy developed by parent company, Consolidated Edison, Inc., which included exiting the Retail Commodities business and developing a robust Energy Services group that today operates profitability and with an extensive backlog of contracts.

Jim Dixon is the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Con Edison Development headquartered just north of New York City in Valhalla, New York. In addition he is Vice President – Legal Services for Con Edison Energy and Compliance Officer for all of Con Edison’s Competitive Energy Businesses. He assumed his present responsibilities in July 2011.

Mr. Gibson serves as Con Edison Solutions’ Vice President of Energy Services. He previously served as Regional General Manager of the CES Midwest Office and earlier as Southeast Office General Manager. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gibson was one of the two founders of Bosek, Gibson and Associates, a business founded to provide consulting services to help clients in meeting specific energy needs and acquired by Con Edison Solutions in 2007.

 

Michael Perna - Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Michael Perna is responsible for managing the growth strategy and business expansion initiatives for the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses including all product development and tactical planning. In addition, he leads the marketing and communications functions including brand management, advertising, lead generation and media relations for the company.  Previously, Mr. Perna served in a similar position at Con Edison Solutions

Lorena Tavlarios serves as Managing Director for the Behind the Meter Renewables line of business for Con Edison’s Clean Energy Businesses, where she is responsible for managing all the customer facing renewable efforts growth, profitability, and on going operations. Mrs. Tavlarios brings over 18 years of energy industry experience in various roles in business development as well as finance and accounting.

Paul F. Mapelli is the Vice President and General Counsel of Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, Inc. (CEB) and its subsidiaries, including Con Edison Development, Con Edison Energy, and Con Edison Solutions. Previously, Mr. Mapelli was the Vice President and General Counsel of Con Edison Solutions. Mr. Mapelli has been the Corporate Secretary for each of the CEBs since July 2002.

Mark S. Glucksman is the Vice President, Finance and Accounting for Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, Inc. (CEB).  Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, Inc., through its three main subsidiaries, develops, owns, and operates renewable and energy infrastructure assets and provides energy-related products and services to wholesale and retail customers.

Christine A. Nevin serves as Business and Media Relations Director with the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses.  In more than 30 years in the utility industry, Ms. Nevin has worked on both the regulated and competitive energy sides of the business.
