Chicago, IL - ConEdison Solutions, one of the nation’s leading energy services companies, has appointed Mary DeMarco to the role of Energy Services Sales Executive and Kevin Lubawski as Sales Executive who will lead the companies development efforts for Municipal Aggregation and Association Programs as well as direct customer sales. Both of the new hires are based in Chicago as part of the company’s expanded presence in the Midwest region.
ConEdison Solutions opened its Chicago sales office in 2011 and has added the two new staff members to strengthen its commitment to energy users in Illinois and further expand its capabilities in the market.

Ms. DeMarco brings extensive experience and knowledge of the Illinois energy services performance contracting market to her new post at ConEdison Solutions. Prior to joining ConEdison Solutions, Ms. DeMarco worked at Ingersoll Rand/Trane. She has also worked at Honeywell, where she focused on solutions sales for more than a decade. Ms. DeMarco has won the President’s Club Award twice, ranking in the top 10 percent of all sales. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Communications and Public Relations from Illinois State University.
Prior to joining ConEdison Solutions, Mr. Lubawski was a Senior Account Manager at Exelon Corp. In this position, he acted as the primary point of contact between Commonwealth Edison and a portfolio of large accounts including UPS, the State of Illinois, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Bank of America, and Walgreens, with additional business development leadership responsibilities.
Mr. Lubawski received an MBA with a Finance concentration from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from Miami University.
