ConEdison Solutions Names William Davidson Manager Of Sales And Business Development For Midwest Region

Overland Park, KS and Valhalla, NY – ConEdison Solutions, one of the country’s leading energy services companies, has hired energy services leader William Davidson as Manager of Sales and Business Development for the Midwest Region.
Mr. Davidson is an award-winning executive with more than two decades of national and international experience in energy services and performance contracting. Based in the company’s Overland Park, Kansas office, Mr. Davidson will manage growth of the ConEdison Solutions energy services portfolio in the Midwest and spearhead ongoing market penetration into Texas, Colorado and other states.

Mr. Davidson will play an integral role in bringing to customers the energy value chain proposition that includes the company’s demand response, commodity and renewable offerings, according to Mr. Gibson. He will oversee growth-related business plans for the Midwest and support marketing initiatives undertaken together with the ConEdison Solutions business development team.
William Davidson had previously spent over 14 years at Ingersoll Rand/Trane in a variety of national and international roles including Vice President of Global Services Business Development and most recently starting the Energy Consulting and Advisory Services group. He also managed Mid-America Business Development for Honeywell.
He is an active member of the Energy Services Coalition and other energy services organizations, and served on the Board of the National Association of Energy Service Companies. At the community level, Mr. Davidson sat on the City Council in Brookings, SD. He is also a private pilot.
Mr. Davidson holds several professional licenses and certifications, including Certified Energy Manager, AEE’s Certified Demand-Side Manager (CDSM) designation, and Building Energy Professional. He has won a number of sales awards at Honeywell and Trane for his work in the energy services field.
