Does Carbon Capture Lead to More Earthquakes?

From dams to waste management to fuel mining and the process of injecting CO2 into the ground, this article takes a look at large scale alterations to the environment that may be the cause of the recent increase in earthquakes.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the average rate of earthquakes stronger than magnitude 3.0 in the central and eastern U.S. is now about five times the average in the preceding two decades.  Take a look at the impact of the different technologies.
