Doing the Math Around Carbon Capture and Storage

It doesn't add up when it comes to climate change.  This article from states that there are some good reasons for capturing carbon dioxide emissions but climate stabilization isn't one of them.  Here's one equation to consider: "Under current best practices, one ton of injected carbon dioxide yields an additional 3.6 barrels of crude oil, which will subsequently emit 1.4 tons of CO2 when refined and burned."  Read the full article from
