How will I be billed?
Your ConEdison Solutions electricity supply charges will be included with your utility delivery services on a single bill from your regular utility. You will continue to pay your utility just as you do now.
Am I going to receive multiple bills if I sign up?
No. ConEdison Solutions’ charges will appear on your local utility bill
When will my enrollment take effect?
Once your account has been successfully enrolled, you will receive a welcome letter and ConEdison Solutions will begin supplying your electricity in about 20 days. Then, in about two months, your regular utility bill will show ConEdison Solutions electricity supply charges.
Will I get a confirmation when I enroll online?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment request and you will receive a welcome letter in the mail once we get confirmation that your switch was accepted by your utility.
What is the source of your electricity?
ConEdison Solutions purchase electricity on the open market. Our electricity is typically composed of several sources of power. See details on our content labels.
Can I get budget billing?
Yes! ConEdison Solutions offers budget billing in utility areas where budget billing is available.
Is there any fee for switching?
No. ConEdison Solutions does not charge any fees to enroll you with us and your utility does not charge any fees for switching.
What will change as a result of switching?
ConEdison Solutions will supply your electricity and your utility will deliver the electricity just as before. The transition is invisible to you. Your utility continues to maintain the infrastructure of wires, read the meters, and respond to emergencies so you receive the same level of service and the same reliability.
After I switch, who do I call in case of emergency?
In the case of an emergency, you continue to call your local utility just as before. Your local utility is still responsible for delivering electricity safely and reliably, without any change in level of service.
Is the program transferable if I move?
If you are moving, please contact our customer service department to transfer your account.
