CON EDISON SOLUTIONS OFFERS LOWEST ELECTRIC RATE IN RG&E SERVICE AREA

White Plains, New York - December 23, 2005 - In a comparison of fixed prices for electricity by the NYS Public Service Commission, ConEdison Solutions has the lowest price among all competitors in the “Voice Your Choice” energy initiative in the RG&E service area in greater Rochester. RG&E customers have until December 30, 2005 to make their electricity supply choice.
Based on average consumption levels, a typical household in the Rochester area can save approximately $80 on its electricity bills in the coming year by selecting ConEdison Solutions as their energy service provider.
