General Services Administration's Federal Supply Schedule (GSA FSS)
ConEdison Solutions provides energy products, services, and program support to government customers as an approved suppler under the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). 
 
Application of the FSS procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.4 is considered full and open competition (see FAR 6.102(d)(3) ).  By placing an order with ConEdison Solutions against a schedule using the procedures in this section, Federal customers will be able to select a provider of energy and energy services on the basis of "best value". This type of relationship will result in the lowest overall cost (considering price, special features, administrative costs, etc.) to the Government. 
 
ConEdison Solutions is an Approved to be a Sole Source Provider of the following services through the FSS:
  • SIN 871-200  Energy Management Program Support
  • SIN 871-201  Energy Audit Services
  • SIN 871-203  Managing Procurement and Use of Natural Gas
  • SIN 871-204  Managing Procurement and Use of Electricity
