Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC).
ConEdison Solutions is helping federal agencies, facilities, and installations meet their energy efficiency and infrastructure investment requirements through Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC).
ConEdison Solutions helps Federal entities meet their energy efficiency and infrastructure investment requirements through Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC). An ESPC is a relationship structure that enables the Federal Government to implement physical improvements to their infrastructure while paying for them out of the future stream of energy savings. ConEdison Solutions will provide the financing necessary to fund the project and will guarantee the savings necessary for the agency to realize the benefit of implementing an ESPC.
ESPC projects developed, implemented, and financed by ConEdison Solutions are helping Federal energy managers meet the objectives of Executive Order 13123 and the Energy Policy Act of 1992 - increasing energy efficiency, improving facility infrastructure and freeing appropriated funds to be used for mission-critical activities.
ConEdison Solutions performs this work under the DOE Northeast Super ESPC contract and the Army Corps of Engineers 46-State ESPC contract, at facilities such as:
Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA
Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY
GSA facilities throughout New England
FAA facilities throughout New England
The John F Kennedy Library and Museum, Boston, MA
ConEdison Solutions is also developing projects under the auspices of the US Naval District of Washington (Washington, DC) and the US Coast Guard (Boston, MA). In addition, we develop and implement projects under the Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC) for the US Postal Service and federal facilities throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
